(“Gigin,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, processes, and protects your personal information when you use our Services, including our marketing website, applicant tracking system, and Agentic AI recruiter platform. 1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, request a demo, contact our sales team, or use our Services, we may collect:

• Identifiers (name, work email, phone number, employer)
• Account credentials and authentication data
• Professional information (job title, industry, company size)
• Commercial information (billing, plan, transaction history)
• Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback)
• Candidate data you upload to the platform on behalf of your hiring workflows

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Technical identifiers (IP address, browser type, operating system, device characteristics)
• General geolocation (derived from IP address; not precise location)
• Usage analytics (pages visited, features used, interaction patterns)
• Cookies and similar technologies for session, preferences, and analytics

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from service providers, analytics platforms, integration partners (e.g., when you connect your ATS, calendar, or messaging tools), and publicly available sources.

• Service provision: deliver, maintain, and improve our Services
• Account management: authenticate users, process transactions, provide support
• Communications: send service-related notices, marketing (with consent), security alerts

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that would constitute “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA.

4. Sub-Processor Disclosure

Some operations supporting our Services are performed by Gigin Technologies Private Limited (India), a subsidiary of Gigin AI, Inc., including engineering, customer support, AI/ML model operations, and customer success. Personal information may be processed in India under appropriate cross-border data transfer safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. 5. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
• Access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected
• Delete personal information we have collected (subject to legal exceptions)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell)
• Limit use of sensitive personal information
• Non-discrimination — we will not retaliate for exercising these rights

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use first-party cookies for session management and preferences (e.g., region selection, authentication). We use Google Analytics 4 for analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Opting out of analytics may affect feature functionality but not access to core Services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account data is generally retained for the duration of the account plus up to 7 years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion under Section 5.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, security monitoring, and routine security assessments. SOC 2 certification work is in progress.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@gigin.ai and we will delete it promptly.

10. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Personal information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, India, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) to protect personal information during cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or prominent notice on our website prior to the change taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
